"The city council's decision means that a committee will be formed
with help of Rushmore Plaza Civic Center Executive Director Craig
Baltzer to find a new plan to update the arena.
The city council
has a 30-month deadline to comply with the ADA under an agreement they
made with the Department of Justice earlier this year."
I'm not quite sure why another committee is needed unless it's just to put the next steps in proper order? Hasn't this problem been around long enough that they already know what to do?
